355ml can, could not find a date on the label. Poured into a tulip.
Look: I would call it a pinky/rosy tinged light amber. About 2cm of effervescent bubbly head quickly subsides to a thin film.
Smell: There a sourness, some lemon, stone fruit, plum, there are some secondary sour characteristics I can't really put my finger on.
Taste: Lemon and plum, sourness, Finishes with an almost savoury hit of flavour at the end.
Feel: light bodied, sour hit in the middle gets the saliva flowing, followed by a dry finish.
Overall: Interesting. I liked it and would drink again.
