Made with freshly harvested Cardinal hops grown by Mark Kober and his son Shaun, this hop-forward Pale Ale is designed to maximize the flavor and aroma of its 4-hop blend. Also featuring Amarillo and Simcoe hops and dry-hopped with Sabro for a complex fruity finish.

Tap pour at the taproom. Served in a pint glass.
Clear, deep gold colored body. White head persists. Leaves behind a lacing lattice.
Not much in the nose, with whiffs of toasted malts and fruity hops.
Taste is caramel sweet, with citrus and woody flavors. Considerable bitter bite with each sip. All flavors fade away in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth but ends with a bitter bite. Very good carbonation.
Robust flavor makes up for the lack of aroma.
