A surprise for a sour Ale. Not just a puckering sour punch to the palate. Aroma os flowery and perfume, smells beautiful. Flavor is tart with bright fruit and sugary sweet with a complex blend of sugars and tart fruit. Just wonderful, I was very surprised by this beer.

The liquid pours a surprising pink to purple color (think blackberry stains). It's cloudy but without any discoloration. There's a pink-light blue head. It's small but lasts and leaves some streaks for lace.
The subtitle of this beer is Blueberry Cobbler Pastry Sour and that is exactly what it smells like. Think tart blueberries with some brown sugar on top and you'll get a close approximation of this beer's aroma.
The taste is similar to the smell but I get an odd addition of coconut. The sourness isn't very strong; I'd say the beer is more sweet. The sourness is similar to the tannin from grape skins. This is more like a rich, full-bodied soda pop than a beer, but it is unique and tasty.
