This very light colored beer is packed with flavor. Starting off with an extremely pleasant nose of Coffee and Saison, with notes of Black Pepper from the Saison Yeast and Flaked Rye, the Sweet Orange Peel and Roasted notes from the Indian Monsoon Coffee Beans provide the balancing act for this complex brew.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and thin film on the surface.
S: Light aromas of coffee beans are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of coffee beans along with hints of spicy yeast.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that this beer had a good amount of coffee beans as they weren't overpowering.
Serving type: crowler
