Harlequin is a blended farmhouse style ale brewed with NYS ingredients. This red colored Ale was fermented with Saison Yeast, hints of brown sugar and chocolate, along with notes of Red Wine and Sherry. Partially aged in brown ale barrels, the wood accents and enhances the malty and farmhouse characteristics of this ale.
