Nice moderate amount of tart and Tang. Clean, smooth, drinkable, little wood, hints of apple and grain.
Fairly fizzy and carbonated. Carbonation on pour was perhaps the strongest I've ever experienced in a beer, with it actually audibly dissipating at a fairly quick clip. It was completely gone in about 45 seconds with no head to speak of.
Not bad, pretty good if you want to have a straight up sour with nothing to get in the way.

12oz bottle. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lemon, green apple and caramel. Nice tart flavor with a touch of caramel.

Copper colored with a gentle haziness. There's no head, but I do see carbonation erupting from within. I'm smelling green apple and pear. The taste is reminiscent of green apple jolly ranchers with a hint of tart and funky cherries in the back of the palate. The mouth is moderately carbonated and bone dry.

Pours a slightly murky copper color with a finger of khaki fizzy-foam that dissipates quickly. Aroma is light and refreshing notes of green apples, tart pears, and apple sauce. It has a distinctive, lactic sour punch. Flavor profile is tart green apple for the majority of it, with pears showing up within. It's smooth, with the focus being on the slight sour twinge to it. Biscuit and caramel malts bolster it slightly. Mouth feel is crisp and fizzy with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, a lively little brew. It packs sourness in with some light, but refreshing, notes.
