A Belgian style Farmhouse ale with a mild American dry-hopped twist. It has a fruity and spicy aroma that’s comes from a combination of the saison yeast and the Mosaic and Chinook dry-hops. This saison is light to medium bodied with a dry finish.

Firmly rooted in true farmhouse tradition, but brightened by new and exciting "dry-hop" additions, the dry effervescence and spice-balanced ale is given a fruity and herbal character for added complexity and intrigue.

Its bright golden sheen is cast with slight translucence, just enough to highlight its streaming carbonation caldering from below. As the bubble pop, they release a beautiful medley of aromas that hinge on citrus, melon and sharp grasses. Its lightly sweet backdrop offers a mild grain sweetness wrapped in soft powdered sugar.

The saison simply blooms across the middle where the natural fruits of apple, orange and pear meet the peppery taste- all yeast-derived and bringing the beer into balance. With the malt sweetness dropping out at a quick pace, the carbonation continues to pop, highlighting a champagne character and enlivening the hop flavor and spicy tilt.

Its finish is crisp, bitter and acute. Its grassy finish brings about notions of white grapefruit, honeydew and pine even as its herbaceous tone is resinous and pungent. A mild vegetative astringency acts to keep the taste siding with a spice balance even if accompanied by the bite of fresh-cut grass.

Resiny, heavily cannabis in aroma. Slightly dank.

Flavor is fairly lemony, with minerally, earthy notes. The finish is very dry and a touch bitter.
