Enjoyed this single-hop IPA pint with a fish taco lunch at the Schlafly Tap Room in St. Louis before a Skinny Puppy/Front Line Assembly show.
Appearance: Nice pale gold, with attractive lacing. No problems here.
Aroma: Floral and fruity, again, seems quite refreshing already.
Taste: Touch of bitter. Fruity juicy hops with tropical notes. Balanced. Malt presence underneath. Very tasty and sessionable as the body seems light and not cloying or heavy. I really enjoyed this one.
