A - Pours initially clear, but increasingly hazy through the bottle, consistently a light golden body, white head, quick to disintegrate to nothing. No real lacing here.
S - Pretty quiet and pretty nondescript. A generic acidity, coupled with a pungent soured grain note.
T - This is where this beer shines, coming in clean and crisp, a bright pungent acidity coupled with just a hint of apple sweetness, followed with a more lemony acidic close that trails off slowly.
M - Very brisk, with strong prickly acidity and a slightly sharp finish. The beer does build over time, leaving the tongue somewhat taxed by the bottle's finish.
O - This is a quite direct, but not necessarily simple, beer, primarily highlighting the strong acidic core with a nice range of more subtle notes that rewards returning again and again.

Pours a clear straw color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of salt, slight yeast, hint of bacterial funk, pale malt, hint of hop, and a hint of grass. Fits the style of a Berliner Weiss. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is also a slight dryness. Tastes of salt, slight yeast, hint of lemon, hint of bacterial funk, pale malt, hint of hop, and a hint of grass. Overall, average appearance for a Berliner, good aroma, body, and blend.

From a 750 ml thick bottle, this is a clear, golden brew with a short-lived white head. The aroma is flowery and fruity, with a slight tart background. The taste is dry with a bit of sour under-ripe fruit notes. Flavorful, wheaty, and with a soft mouthfeel. Drikable and enjoyable.

Gold to copper and hazy in complexion. There's a fingernail of off white around the rim. Light lacing. I'm smelling pale wheat and a light lactic softness. I'm tasting pale wheat and a light lactic softness. The mouth is light and dry with moderate carbonation.
