Poured out a clear orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of sweet, fresh-picked apricots. Apricot flavor was clear but not overpowering. Didn't get much IPA bitterness.

Hazy Orange color with white head and good lacing. Smell is Hint of apricot, freshness, citrus, floral note. Taste is more like grapefruit but without the tang or bitterness. Actually liked the lack of hop/bitter feel even if it's not typical for the style. This is a nice one. Had it on tap and gotta day it's smoother thank most citrus ipas if that's what you're going for

From a twelve ounce bottle, this one is a hazy, cloudy orange-colored brew. Nice white head...full, with wonderful lace. The aroma is of a fruity, citrus scent. I get grapefruit, apricot, and pineapple. The apricot comes through more in the taste...backed with pale malt and hops. Not a bitter IPA, but plenty of fruit. Full in body, but also a little acidic, which cuts down on the drinkability. Still, worh a try.

From the bottle from the "Frugi Four" 12 pack, poured into Schlafly branded tulip glass.
Hazy orange... apricot-ish color. I approve. Decent lacing. Fair head retention.
I really don't know what apricot smells like besides apricot preserves, but I can say there is indeed a hint of that in the nose amongst the piney, slightly spicy and floral hops. I like it.
Taste follows the nose. Typical Schlafly taste of oily, crisp, dank resinous hops, with that nice fruity and sweet hint of apricot. Just a touch, not too much. A little tart, slightly sour in the mouthfeel too, but generally silky smooth and nice.
Overall, great offering from a fantastic brewery, whom I shall always be a fan of. Es lebe Schlafly!
