I had the beer on tap in St. Louis. This may be the best Oktoberfest in the world.

Had on tap. A big boozy oktoberfest, with caramel malts and bready lager yeasts to fill out the body with. Booze well hidden until the very end of taste. Really well made oktoberfest, with the full body being the most intriguing aspect.

Deep copper to amber in color. There's a fingernail of beige on top. The aroma is of caramel and just a hint of alcohol. I'm tasting a lot of caramel, chestnuts, and a touch of alcohol. The mouth is moderately carbonated, lightly sticky and chewy.

A - nice orange amber clear color with a white head that dissipates quick no lacing
S - light malts, wheat bread, mild banana, some german yeasty smell, white pepper
T - light bready malts, german yeast, banana, white pepper, cinnamon? Pumpkin? Hints thereof at least
M - light mouthfeel, alc covered. Aftertaste is light malt, german yeast, banana, etc.
O - eh. Its an oktoberfest. Good beer but relatively bland.

On draught at iTap CWE. Pale amber, minimal head, aroma of biscuit and sweet malts. Pleasant mouthfeel, clean effervescence. As expected, malts predominant, caramel, bread, biscuits, faint hops, well hidden alcohol (8%). Definitely not a session beer, but very solid.
