Pours an effervescent gold with rapidly falling beige head. Stays effervescent, zero head retention or lacing. Murked up a little as the bottle was drained
S: Lime & salt, pretty much smells like a margarita
T: Follows the nose, pink grapefruit as well, very tart & dry up front. More lime, salt and dryness as this warms, not getting any coriander at all. Finishes dry, tart salty with lime
MF: Lightish body, slight carbonation
Pretty drinkable, not top of the line for the style, but worth a go, especially on a late September day where Summer isn't giving an inch

L - Golden with a ton of clarity - no real head or lacing to speak of
S - Lots of salt and citrus
T - Follows the nose: all the flavors are very present: grapefruit, lime, coriander, and salt - the lime and coriander being especially present.
F - Light, crisp, moderate to high carbonation - light, crisp, refreshing
O - A very light, crisp, and refreshing citrus gose. Very enjoyable

Gold colored with no head and vibrant carbonation. The aroma is packed with sea salt and grapefruit. I’m tasting lots of grapefruit and sea salt. The mouth is heavily carbonated, crisp, and dry.

On tap. Poured a hazy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lemon, grapefruit and tartness. Nice tart flavor with sweet grapefruit.

Pours a cloudy maize color. 1/5 inch head of an off-white color. Poor retention and poor lacing. Smells of salt, citrus, hint of bacterial funk, hint of pale malt. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is an elevated tartness and acidity. Fits the style of a Gose. Tastes of citrus, salt, pale malt, floral hops, and a hint of wheat. Overall, good aroma, body, and blend.
