Look: Very dark chocolate brown. One finger of off-white head with poor retention.
Smell: Dark malt with mild roastiness. Mild sour cherries. A little yeast.
Taste: Mildly roasted malt mixed with sweet butterscotch and gentle smokiness.
Mouthfeel: Full, creamy body with high carbonation.
Overall: A powerful ale without cloying sweetness. Excellent for dessert.
