The white out; an occurrence so cold and hazy that there’s almost zero visibility. We blend malt, wheat, and oats with pounds of Idaho 7, Strata, and Sabro hops for a beer that results in a winter white out you can pour in a glass. After a hefty double dry-hopping process, this limited release IPA embraces the haze and packs a massive wave of juicy hop flavor. Winter Haze IPA is your new winter storm companion.

Excellent tropical notes with a mild hops backend. Low IBU. Beautiful straw color. Not sure why it is called Wintry, would be an excellent hot summer day IPA. Really glad I found this.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at The brewery as part of a five sample flight. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had bright citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Hazy amber/gold with a decent foamy white head lasts and produces some nice lacing.
The aroma is tropical fruit - papaya, mango, pineapple -with grapefruit and pine resin notes.
The taste is similar, papaya, mango, pineapple, honeydew melon, grapefruit with a lingering cloves and pine resin finish.
The body is light/medium and fairly crisp.
Altogether a very enjoyable fruity IPA.

Poured into a tall clear pint glass. Appearance is a cloudy gold with more than a finger's worth of creamy white head. Good retention and lacing.
Aroma is pretty lovely and complex. Citrus notes like orange and grapefruit and tropical notes like papaya, mango, coconut, and pineapple. Also smelling melon, pine, caramel, and cloves.
Can really taste the citrus rinds combined with the pine pretty well. A lot of the other notes take a back seat, although altogether they have a mild combined presence. Body is medium-light.

Pours a sunburst orange that's topped by two and a half fingers of off-white foam. Aroma is papaya, tangerine, grass, herbal, and medicinal hops. Tropical fruit sweetness leads it before herbal and medicinal hops sweep into the limelight. Flavor profile is papaya, mango, melon rind, herbal, and medicinal hops. It opens up slightly sweet, but is quickly reprimanded and constrained by fellow hop notes - medicinal, herbal, and melon rind. While the nose leans into sugary, sweet territory, the tastes features a more even EQ. Mouth feel is softly crisp with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, hops abundant, and not all focused on one task. It's got some depth in terms of complexity, but still lacks in complete depth.

Taste: some tart, fruit, tropical hops, earthy, hint of salt. Some tropical fruit and dank hopped nose. Pale straw color, slight haze, white foamy head, some lace. Medium light to medium body. Sour notes follow the wet hops. 15 IBUs

12 ounce can poured into a Duvel tulip glass. Canned 12/4/20.
L---Hazy, deep golden color. Big white head had great retention and left ok lacing.
S---Some pine, some citrus (orange/grapefruit) and some tropical notes (pineapple/papaya).
T---Follows the nose. Lots of orange, grapefruit, pineapple and papaya. Really nice.
F---Medium bodied with nice carbonation.
O---A really nice beer. But I think it is misclassified as an American IPA. This is a NEIPA.

This is a pretty simple hazy ipa. Not sure what makes it wintry. Smells of pine and citrus. Not very bitter and taste is thin. I expected more based on the can. Hop blend sounded promising but overall this beer is lacking in flavor that I would have expected. Decent mouthfeel and smell but that’s about it.

Hazy grayish peachy gold...my first impression is that it looks oxidized. Aroma has coconut, mango, citrus, pine. Sweet. Flavor follows, not too bold. Doesn't taste oxidized. Low bitterness.
