Poured from the can into a Libbey style pilsner glass.

Hazy pale lemon colored body, with fine carbonation. Fluffy topped three finger tall head, with quite some staying power. Absolutely bleach white topped and bright as all get out.

Bready and doughy like malt notes on the nose, making for a great bakery like experience. Clean. Hop angle is present too, nice touches of lemon and lime, with herbality but also just flirts with a bit of soapy like quality on the aroma also. Still it's punchy in both malt and hop making for an excellent lager presence.

Palate does well. Rich tasting malt body, but with a simple backbone. Hits a little bit of muted sweetness, that doesn't bring out much malt character unfortunately. Still there's a light almost orange soda quality to this in sweetness and hop flavor, with lemon and herbs finishing in the aftertaste. Lacks just a little bit of perfect clean dryness but still makes for a good experience.

Overall still can't complain, but some of the great aroma and lager quality seems lost a little on the palate. Still it's a solid tasting brew regardless.

Pale straw yellow with a light haziness. There’s a fingernail of dishwater white on top. There’s a trace of soapy lacing. A faint aroma of grassy German hops greets the nose. I’m tasting a very light dose of grassy to lemon hops. The mouth is very approachable and refreshing.

Very slightly hazy golden color with a modest and short lived white head but did produce some very nice lacing.
The aroma is fresh bread, fresh cut grass and lightly sweet malt.
The taste is along the same lines with some nice floral hops to balance the malt sweetness. Very nicely done.
The body is light/medium, nice carbonation, very smooth and very easy to drink.
Altogether, this is a tasty, refreshing and enjoyable lager, excellent for a warm weather cooler.

The St. Louis Brewery, LLC "Lightly Hazed Lager"
12 fl. oz. can coded "01 27 2023 12:49". Sampled on 04 18 2023
$20.29 / HAZED FOR DAYS Variety 12 PACK @ Javies Beverage, Phila., PA

Notes via stream of consciousness: Not surprisingly given the name, this is a lightly hazy golden lager beneath a finger's width of white foam. The aroma displays a touch of lager yeast sulfur, some grassiness, and lightly sweetish and bready malt. The flavor follows. It's lightly sweet, grainy, floral, and grassy. A moderate bitterness balances it, and it finishes dry with a touch of sulfur, grass, and earthiness lingering. In the mouth it's medium-light in body and gently crisp. The head retention could be better but it leaves some very nice lacing about the glass. All in all it's a more than adequate helles-style lager that's enjoyable and refreshing.

12oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of caramel, grains, and hay. Sweet caramel taste with toffee, bread crust and a mild bitterness. Easy drinking.
