Copper to light brown with a hazy complexion. The aroma is coriander and sea salt. I’m tasting a lightly tart combination of sea salt with the coriander peeking out at the back of the palate. No discernible head. The mouth is very dry, moderately carbonated, and crisp. This a very approachable interpretation, but if you are a purist this will underwhelm you.
