Black in color with moderate light penetration. There’s a fingernail of beige on top. The aroma is of dark bread and a touch of molasses. I’m tasting dark bread and toffee. The mouth is light and easygoing.

12oz can during the eclipse. Poured out a jet-black color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Nice roasted malt taste with coffee and chocolate.

Another beer from their eclipse-themed mixed pack, this beer is utterly black. From an aluminum can, it has a slim tan head and a roasted malt aroma. It's lightly sweet, with an almost nutty and bread-like flavor. Medium body and satisfying. Nice.
