12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lace. It smelled of bready malt, toffee, caramel and grasses. Sweet caramel malt taste with toasted caramel and a mild bitterness.

Brown to dark copper in color with a light sedimentary haze upon closer inspection. There’s a fingernail of off white on top. Heavy soapy lacing. The aroma is of crackery to biscuity malt and grassy hops. I’m tasting biscuity malt and grassy hops. The mouth is a bit dry and crisp.

This English IPA is blurry malty and leaning towards a caramel / toffee sweetness flavor. It’s good but takes some taste adjustments to appreciate.

I picked this one up from a mix-pack. It is a lightly hazy gold color with an off-white head. The aroma is earthy with a soft floral background. It's not juicy like new-age IPAs, but lower in fruitiness and higher in floral (and even a bit of malt) notes. The taste is balanced. Nice mid-taste bitterness that lingers in the finish. Biscuit with bitterness and more earthy qualities. Fairly full in body. I really enjoyed it.

Caramel, toasty, earthy, fruity aromas
Caramel and fruity flavor
Medium bodied, appropriate carbonation, a little sticky

Light brown/tan in color, slightly hazy. Head and lacing were nice.
Smell and taste was nicely hopping, yet subdued in true English IPA style. Pine, grapefruit, and citrus peel flavors and aromas came through nicely. Malt balance kept this one right on style. Definitely delicious, and very nice out of the cask.
Body and mouthfeel were full and creamy, yet quite easy to drink. Went down smooth and mellow, with an almost session like quality to it.
Overall it's quite delicious, certainly something you'll want to try at the Taproom, especially on cask.
