I had this on cask at the brewpub recently during a recent vacation to St. Louis.
I believe this was a one time thing.
Served in a snifter.
A: Poured a mildly cloudy, orange-red-yellow color, with a slight white peppery head that stuck around for a good bit.
S: A good the signature Galaxy passion fruit scent, but it wasn't as over-the-top as some Galaxy-based brews I've tried. Pow fruit!
T: This wasn't a hop bomb by any stretch.... it leaned more towards the fruity side of the beer spectrum. Still, the hops were present and very fresh.
M: Thick, but not syrupy, and the carbonation level and lacing were pretty much down the middle. Highly drinkable!
O: This was one of the more non-Galaxy tasting Galaxy brews I've had in a while, but it was still fantastic!
