Poured from a 16oz can into a pint glass. Look is a light, slightly cloudy, amber color with a 1 finger white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is bready, sweet, and fruity with hints of pear and apple. Taste follows nose and is fruity up front with a slight readiness on the back end. Feel is smooth with little to no carbonation on the tongue. Overall, a very clean, easy drinking beer. I could see myself having a few of these.

Very clear light amber appearance
Close to medium carbonation with about the same for the body.
Aroma has a sort of sweet grain mash, malt, bread with apple/pear.
Taste doesn't stray too far from the aroma.
Overall a very well done beer

16 oz can into a Kolsch glass.
L: SRM 4 pours a straw light gold yellow color with a soapy 1/2" white head, very steady large carbo bubbles, head recedes to edge soap suds, minimal spotty lacing.
S: Very bready, caramelized malts, a trace of apple skin, a hint of yeast.
T: A mix of gently sweet fruits, pear, apple, orange blossom, yeasty pastry dough, caramel malts weave throughout, has a subtle bready aftertaste.
F: Crisp medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium-fast lightly dry finish.
O: A spot on Kolsch that is nice and easy to drink. Simple, clean tasting and refreshing. Hits all the style marks clearly though its color is darker than some traditional Kolsch beers. It is very good in its style.

a: slightly murky burnt yellow and copper color. 2 finger marshmallow off-white head

s: sweet grains, lemongrass, and a sweet herbal earthy note. grass and some coriander. more grainy sweetness and some lager spice at the end

t: taste is mostly sweet grains. a touch of coriander and fresh dough. faint pepper and a slight herbal tinge

m: lighter side of medium

o: for me, this beer peaks at the aroma. the taste is a bit bland, not as crisp or malt sharp as it should be. mouthfeel is a bit too heavy as well

to be perfectly honest, i drank the beer out of a can in the middle of an iron maiden concert, so the rating conditions were not ideal. The beer was flavorful but i am basing the color rating off of my knowledge of the brewery’s high quality
