This Saison has a light dry body, and has mild spice notes from the malt and hops play on the taste buds and leave a clean, refreshing finish.

Appearance: Slightly hazy, gold. Frothy white head with good retention.
Aroma: Spicy & herbal.
Flavor: Spicy & herbal. Up front bitterness that is mild and lingers a bit. Not offensive though.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied. Drying. Clean finish with lingering bitterness.
Overall: Saison the way I prefer. Not a big fan of funky Brett. It's spicy, herbal, dry and refreshing. Perfect for GA spring & summer. Excellent Saison from Bold Monk.
