Very creamy and lasting head, due to the nitrogen pour. Medium dark auburn color. Not brown or opaque enough to look proper. Very light, medium dark toasted, caramel malt aroma, with a whiff of medium roast grains. Very thin, but right kind of porter traits, in the taste. Really light, off-dry, medium dark roast malt and grains, with a light touch of medium dark roasted grain finish, with a touch of the off-dry malt.
