Every once in a while, we have to get a little nerdy and create a beer that is a little outside the norm. Fell Beast is a Dark Saison - a dark variation on the Belgian Saison. It presents similar to a brown ale but features the dry, effervescent finish and fruity/spicy yeast characteristics of a Saison. Add that to the bready, toasty, caramel and light roast malt flavors and you have a ton of flavors to contemplate in this one.
