A: Pours a clear dark orange color. A two finger white head forms and recedes quickly to nothing. No lace is left behind. When all said and done, looks closer to one of their ciders than a Pale Ale.
S: A simple nose of phenols and peppery spice. Some esters, bready malts and light citrus aromas lingering.
T: Like the nose, peppery and phenolic spice/yeast flavors. A bit more esters noticeable along with bubblegum. Just a touch of citrus/lemon peal. The bready malts take over in the finish, which I enjoy.
M/O: A medium body with good carbonation that is crisp and effervescent. Smooth at the same time, and finishes dry. I can see myself coming back to this pretty easily. A nice example of the style, and a good alternative is wanting something besides cider.
Yep, I'm a fan. A relatively simple no frills Belgian Pale Ale, with a good yeast and malt character. Try it out if visiting this cidery, they make good beers as well.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
