Enjoyed "vom Fass" at the Maisacher BräuStüberl, a quaint little Brewery/restaurant in a small village just outside of München. Poured a clear golden color. Possessed a whipped-cream, white head, which lasted well and left nice lacing. Grassy hops pervade the aroma, with a hint of sharpness to it. Had medium body and, for a Pils, I found it quite smooth. Flavor has plenty of fresh, grassy hops, which are quite strong but in no way bitter. Has a nice, spicy bite, and the flavor lingers and lingers. A top-shelf Pils....verrry enjoyable. Zum Wohl!!
