A pleasing golden hue, cloudy of course, and slow rising bubbles within. Head is white, thin, lasts fairly well, and leaves decent lace. Nice clovy nose, with the requisite banana, and suggests crispness. Medium body, and good on the tongue. Doesn't attack you, like some inferior Weizens... Flavor just gives off more clove and banana....with wheaty notes and that aforementioned dry, crispness. Quite refreshing on an 80F day. Prosit!!
