Snagged a growler today at Smuttlabs Dover for $10, glassware included! Enjoying out on the back deck...
Brew is a bright, clear, medium golden color. Has steady, fine carbo with a fine, thin white head. Most bubbles gather at the edges, with light lacing. Nose is bready, with green apple and pear, plus some spicy notes. Body is a solid medium-plus, with a smooth feel going down.
Flavory is crackery and toasty, with light sweetness. Has more ripe, green fruit - pear and green apple plus some mango. It's a touch peppery in the dry, noble finish. Solid!! Prosit!!
