Poured a clear, light-gold body with decent head and lace. Has that aroma of grassy earthiness with light pils malt that I always seem to get from a pils. Smooth, light, slightly sticky with a grassy and earthy body that is softly dry and has a crisp finish. An enjoyable pils although a tad too dry for me.

32 oz. crowler. Clear golden. Smells of herbal and spicy hops, light bread. Tastes a little sharp, but otherwise a pleasant blend of grassy and spicy hops. Light bready malt with just a bit of sweetness. Lingering bitterness. Medium light. Very nice.

Crowler filled on 12/11/20; consumed on 12/21/20
Pours a clear, pale lemon-gold body capped with multiple fingers of thick, fluffy, eggshell-white foam; excellent head retention leaves a craggy ¾ finger of cap, large, frothy collar, and soapy webs of lacing caked generously around the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens with clean lager yeast and a light honeysuckle accent into a slight minerality building to a middle highlighting the purity of fresh raw grains; distinct cracked pepper with bread dough undertones into the backend closes the bouquet with a kiss of honey and toasted white bread.
Taste shows white bread and subtle lager yeast upfront as a light wildflower honey, black bread crust, and distant lemon zest develops steadily and flows across the mid-palate; a slight, edgy minerality melds with tones of wet black pepper into crisp straw on the back end as concentrated tinges of grassy and mossy notes finish, with lingering honeyed grain and fresh bread holding persistently past the swallow.
Mouthfeel brings a crisp, light-medium body sporting a perfectly rounded moderate-high carbonation, pillowy and without edges; remains stable across the mid-palate, gliding with a harmonious marriage of mild malty and hoppy grit into a back end peaking with an extended, dull 'snap' phasing to a superior dryness through the finish.
With a malt profile refined to effortless consumability and showcasing a masterful control of bittersweetness, a slinky hop texture levies an ample counterbalance and earthy 'snap' to an exceptionally multifaceted German pils; yet another casually resolute style impression from BarrieHaus.
