This complex pale ale is dry and slightly tart, yet has a silky mouthfeel. Notes of bubblegum and clove from a Belgian yeast are supported by citrus and herbal spice flavors of American hops.

Form the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid quencher pours a chill hazed
pale straw color with a nice head of white foam that subsides to a thick
layer with some nice lacing. Nose of lemon zest, orange zest, cracker, and
light honey malts. Flavors surpass the nose with cracker, herbal hops, lemon zest,
orange zest, light candy sugar notes, and light spicy hops. Mouthfeel
is medium light, medium carbonation, and a light dry herbal finish.
Overall, a nice little pale!
