On tap at brewery
A- pours brown in color with a ruby hue, thick and creamy two finger off white head has great retention
S- toasted cereal grains, light chocolate, char, floral hops
T- light roasted malt up front gives notes of chocolate, light char, bread crust. Mid-palate gives floral hops, the finish is toasted with chocolate on the linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation, creamy mouthfeel and a velvety finish

Popped into the tasting room and enjoyed a pint, after picking up a Sierra Nevada order on 3-1-22, for $6.00,
Beer was served dark brown with a nice off-white head.
Nose had some mild roast and a hint of sweetness.
Taste was nice, mild roasted malts provided a touch of sweetness that were balanced nicely by adequate hopping.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall it was nice to have this style that is done well. Don't see this very often.
