Had a pint at the Salt Face Mule Brewing Co while having lunch with Da Boss on 2-8-25 for $7.00.
Beer poured gold with a nice white head.
Nose had a kiss of floral and citrus hops.
Taste was a pale malt base that was lagered and married up with traditional C hops that gave me some grapefruit and orange. Finished with a nice pine bite; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel was medium bodied and pretty refreshing and smooth at the same time.
Overall, a solid westie.
