Brewed in collaboration with Southernside Brewing Co. Belgian IPA with a grist consisting of Pilsen malt and rice. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Cascade. Fermented on Belgian Saison yeast.

Picked up a 32 oz growler from the brewery on 6-11-25 for $6.00. Also had a 16 oz pint for $4.00. Consumed growler on 6-11-25.
Beer poured clear golden with a nice head with the initial pour.
Nose is very nice, full of tropical and citrus fruits.
Taste is very nice, getting a light malt base in which the yeast expresses a white grape essence that goes well with the mango, orange, and papaya. Finishes with some grapefruit pith; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing, perfect for a late spring day.
Overall, another well done brew from the hands of Witt Lanning!
