A Golden Saison brewed with Pilsner, Wheat, and Honey Malts, a blend of French and Czech Noble Hops, and fermented extra dry with a clean, expressive French Strain of yeast. Bright and effervescent, offering subtle Citrus and Pepper-y Esters as a result of Free-Rise Fermentation. | 6.7%

Light amber color, sticky head.
Sweet, yeasty aroma, floral hop notes mix with esters and malt sweetness underneath. Really good yeast choice gives the Saison character.
Flavor is balanced and complex if not bold or unusual. Interesting and begging for another sip, it has good grain goodness blended with herbal hops and yeast esters that don't quite bring you to rolling fields on the boarder of France but do mimic the beer from the farm over that hill... in the Hudson Valley of NY.
Finish is sweet with hints of barnyard sour-tartness.
Nice job - will have a real glass next visit.
