At first approach, you'll find notes of candied citrus mingling playfully on the palate with a soft, creamy texture from the use of wheat and oats before finishing with the unmistakable flavor of an orange creamsicle.

Well. This one definitely hits what they were claiming to go for but...
It is pretty over the top in the vanilla components of an orange creamsicle. Yes, there is some citrus. Yes, a creamy mouthfeel. But holy vanilla.

Pours a hazy, light yellow with a healthy, three finger head that leaves beautiful lacing. Aroma is orange and cream, just like those ice cream treats. Taste is a balance between an orange cream treat and a double IPA; nicely done! While on a lighter bodied side, this is still a wonderful double IPA and well worth it.

Pour a nice, hazy, straw with a great foamy head. Aroma was really intriguing for me. Clear hops like you expect from an IPA but the "orange cream" comes through really nice. It has serious notes of orange/citrus and the lactose/milk/cream. I was super impressed. The taste delivers in kind. Heavy notes of milk/cream, and then orange and citrus, to balance the IPA bitterness. Overall I'm not the sure flavor combo is my absolute favorite but it _delivers_ on being an orange-cream IPA. It's quite drinkable. Really nice beers.
