Hazy Double IPA brewed with Centennial and Citra hops. At first approach you’ll find bright aromas of citrus and melon exploding from the glass. The use of oats and wheat help to balance the beer with a gentle sweetness and luscious texture that soften the hops as they land on the palate.

Grabbed a bunch of cans on a recent trip to Windmill Farms. Untappd description for this one was “Hazy Double IPA brewed with Centennial and Citra hops. The use of oats and wheat help to balance the beer with a gentle sweetness and luscious texture that soften the hops as they land on the palate.”
Poured a light golden hazy color with five fingers of rocky white head. Could see lots of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 5.00)
Smelled really good from the get-go. In order got Citra, grapefruit, pineapple, tangerine, dry Centennial, pine, lemon, lime, citrus zest and a touch of mint. Not as good on the way down. Really nice from the can too. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted about as good as the nose. Got big orange, tangerine, orange blossom, pineapple, Citra, grapefruit, mango, papaya, Centennial, pine, lemon, lime, citrus zest, mint and grass. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, citrusy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just a wonderful hazy DIPA. Excellent. (Overall - 4.25)

One of the better NEIPAs I’ve had on the west coast. It’s not Cloud Candy, but it’ll do in a pinch.

This NE DIPA was sooo good I created a page for it. It's smooth and citrusy. It's really tasty and drinkable. Give it a try.
