Pretty enough.
Scents of tangerine zest, blueberry, wet grass, guava, and a mildly sweet grain note.
Flavor has a flatter, predominately earthy meets tropical, bitter overtone. Within this I find various highlights: guava, blueberry, grapefruit, weed, and a slightly sweet honey like foundation.
Lighter side of medium, decent carbonation, and a slightly dry bitter finish.

Another selection from the 24th annual dipa festival a few weeks ago. Not so frequently, but hopefully on a rare occasion, the namesake might be applicable, so why not indulge?
Pours a light orange and dark golden color, almost a throwback to those orange 100 ibu days, but how different this will be. 1/4" off white head. The aroma ticks the comforting and familiar box as it drops the ultra familiar combo of Citra and Mosaic. You want to hear about it? Well you know, notes of tangerine, orange, berries, guava, papaya, lychee, weed. You dig it the most.
The taste is as expected, and that is a good, reliable, predictable thing from a brewery I don't know if I've had before. Hits with all the same hop flavors as in the nose. Low bitterness despite not being a hazy. The firm kind of bitterness where you might wonder if there was a dose of Simcoe or C hop despite the lingering light sweetness. Honey malt and 2 row maybe. Everybody makes 8% dipas that are super easy to drink these days and this one is no different.
You know this dude will falter on this monetary obligation regarding his domestic violence counseling, but here we are, this is what I'm doing while loaning out infrastructure to merely try and get his shit done. Ugh.

This has that hop liqueur taste, sweet and hot with a distilled dose of hops drilling into the palate. Pours a clear amber with sticky white foam in the big Stout glass. Aroma of strawberry, alfalfa, and lime peel. Tastes of blueberries and lemon with a gummy undertone, mineral, woody. Quite alcohol tasting with a moderate bitter aftertaste. Overall this is quite sippable with a hot fruity flavor and lots of malty sweetness. Clean flavors and well balanced; sharp finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. A code stamp but no date on the bottom.

Beautiful golden color with a rich foamy white head with strong retention. Aroma is dank, mango, and lychee. Taste is very tropical with a nice dank quality. Bitterness is high but backed by a good sweet candy malt bill. Enjoy this one fresh.
