Pours exlosively, a dark red with thick, frothing foam.
Smell is tart and fruity with notes of raspberries and grass. Quite mild.
Taste is really tart, almost mouth puckering. Notes of raspberries, currants and white wine. Very dry finish.
Mouthfeel is thin, with plenty of carbonation.
Overall, a good sour, nothing special, but nice and refreshing.
