The first in our single hop pale ale series. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc, this beer has notes of peach, gooseberry, lemongrass, and white grape.

Crowler from Oliver's Beverage in Albany, NY.

This one pours a very light golden yellow color, slightly hazy, with a small head, and not much lacing.

This smells like white grape, grassiness, peach, and grapefruit.

This is solid, if a bit light and thin. Hallertau Blanc is a cool hop, and that sort of zesty bitterness and white grape sort of thing that I associate with it is very nice.

This is light bodied, very drinkable, with a soft level of carbonation, and a somewhat thin finish.

This isn't anything incredible, but it was nice enough, and I'm happy to try a new beer from a new (to me) brewery.
