Name on this can is Whitman Brewing Co. No mention of Walt but brewed in Racetown (Saratoga Springs) NY.
Date stamped on can bottom missed it's mark but ??-23-25 at least leads me to believe it was brewed this year.
Pours clear, bright yellow with no "hefe" haze or visible carbonation to support the quick to slump head of tiny white bubbles.
Aroma is sweet with a hint of banana and clove yeast esters.
Flavor is tame, white-sugar sweet and a bit of tart wheat.
No carbonation, no body and very little character but hits the flavor profile at it's bare minimum.
I admit I poured 1/2 of this flat glass down the drain.
Website indicates this is a restaurant far more than a brewery as it shows menus for everything except beer.. at least today.
