This one pours a very clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This has a very clean bitterness on the nose, mineral, grassy, and spicy, with a touch of crackery malt.
This definitely leans towards the Italian pils style, which as I understand, tends to be a more heavily Noble-hopped German pilsner. This is definitely elevated in bitterness, but in a very clean and refreshing way, overall. There’s less emphasis on malt character, but it’s definitely there, slightly crackery and slightly toasty.
This is really light bodied, but clean and unbelievably drinkable.
I am completely in love with this brewery, I really wish we had a place like this locally!

On draft at the brewery, served in half liter pilsner glass
Bright yellow golden in color, clear, thick foamy white head. Aroma of floral and grassy earthy hops, pale malt. Taste is similar, fairly clean, well balanced. Thin to medium bodied.

Pours a slightly cloudy brilliant golden straw color. Frothy, silky white 4-finger head forms on the beer before collapsing leaving just a thin layer of foam. Aroma has notes of straw, white bread, pilsner malts, and a touch of spicy grassiness.
Taste follows the nose with notes of straw, pilsner malts, some white bread giving way to a prominent hop presence bringing notes of dried grass, alfalfa, some spicy herbal notes and a moderate bitterness. Fits the Italian pilsner bill very well. Feel is light, crisp, bright and vibrant. Bright carbonation with a moderate prickliness on the palate.
Overall an excellent pilsner - I would expect nothing less from Human Robot.

Pale straw, mostly clear, lot of head. Not too much aroma, a little bit of malt and hops. Good taste, malty sweetness and a little bit of bitter earthiness, less than many others of the style, which works for me. Light body with a lot of suds, almost frothy.

Clear pale straw, effervescent, with a fat finger of white head. Maintains a thin cap for a good while and leaves modest lacing.
Crisp, somewhat corny aroma with very light touches of hay and mint.
Soft corn and hay in the taste, a touch of skunkiness, and a lingering kiss of sweetness and lightly bitter finish.
Medium bodied for the style with prickly carbonation.
Easy drinking. Nothing offensive. Just the right amount of modest bitterness in the finish. A quality brew.
