Human Robot Brewing "Kaleidoscope Moon"
$7/ 10 oz. on tap at the brewery on 8 February 2023
Look: A very hazy golden body is capped by a creamy head of white that holds well and leaves some very nice lacing behind.
Smell: There are clearly some Mosaic hops in play over a lightly sweetish malt base. Notes of berry, citrus, pine, and dusty earthiness.
Taste: The flavor follows the aroma with greater depth and complexity. The malt is lightly sweet, wheaty, and oaty. The hops deliver notes of blueberry, peach, lychee, soft pine, passionfruit, earthiness, grass, and a subtle spiciness. The bitterness is moderate but balancing.
Feel: It's soft and smooth in the mouth with a medium body, extra proteins from the wheat and oats, and a fine-bubbled slightly lower than standard carbonation level.
Overall: This is a really nice, super easy to drink, and highly satisfying NEIPA.

Hazy orange sunset with a finger-plus if creamy, yellowed head. Good retention and heavy lacing.
Tropical fruit, Orange Julius and pine pollen in the nose.
The taste is very similar: dusty pine, vanilla, sweet orange, papaya and pineapple.
Very creamy mouthfeel. Lightly peppery carbonation.
Nothing wrong with this one, but not as exceptional as most of Human Robot’s offerings.
