Pours a whipped up, agitated head of bright white foam, all kinds of nooks and crannies, nice soapy lacing. The golden liquid pass translucency into opacity, a few scattered bubbles visible against the glass. Creamy lactose element to the nose, albeit not sure if intentional, softens the lemon to grapefruit presence, pine and some onion, the fruit scents have a tropical profile but not especially clear individually. Medium-bodied, pleasing degree of carbonated prickle, doesn’t seem either too dry nor sweet. Clean finish without undue residue. Enjoyable citrus driven, naval orange, lemon, lesser grapefruit. Melon and apricot fruit flavors apparent here, some pear and touch of pineapple. Floral, minimal pine. Creamier as it warms some. Not the tightest weave but good drinkability and doesn’t weigh you down.
