We got our hands on the finest cacao beans in the world, Criollo from our Tuscan friends at Amedei. We combined this with some super explosive Bourbon Whiskey Coffee beans from Bean2Bean roasters. Kicked up another notch with a small addition of Ugandan Vanilla, this is quite a worldy imperial stout

Dark brown with a finger of dark khaki head. Solid lacing.
Big roasted malts in the nose with breakfast roast coffee and hints of dark fruit.
Loads of creamy vanilla up front in the taste, sitting on top of coffee and more stone fruit notes. Nice coffee finish, with a little vanilla and bourbon sweetness cutting through.
Very creamy, chewy and full bodied feel. A little fizz.
Better than expected. The feel is exceptional and the vanilla plays really well against the roasty qualities. Would love to try this properly barrel aged.
