Clear pale gold with a fat finger of foamy, off-white head. Decent retention and thick lacing.
Sweet orange, white pepper and pine dust in the nose. Reminds me a bit of Pliny.
Nice bitter taste with a firm malt backbone that includes some dark-toasted biscuit and a touch of walnut. Orange, pine and honey grahams linger in the aftertaste.
Medium bodied with very zippy carbonation.
A lot of NEIPA brewers can’t make a good West Coast IPA, but they nailed this one. Excellent stuff.
