16oz can from Jeremy. Dark brown pour, small foamy head. Rich, sweet, malty aroma. Taste is nutty, malty and just the right amount of sweetness. Creamy, smooth and slightly warm. So good!

From a 16oz can. Canned on 11/18/2024
It looks a bit tan while pouring the beer, but in the glass it is more amber colored. The beer is clear looking. There's quite a bit of head on this beer at 3 fingers in size. The head is tan colored and has nice looking bubbles, and is long lasting. There's bit of lacing on the glass.
Aroma is malty as I would expect. I get a lot of caramel malt notes here. Hints of grain also show up in the mix.
Taste - Well, there's jut a ton of caramel in the flavor. It hits fast, hard and long lasting. There's a grainy flavor that also shows up in the middle. There's some bitterness on the backside with a hint of smoke.
I am digging how this beer feels. Smooth and full bodied. I like how that feeling of bitterness and smoke linger in my throat.
Wow, this is a very delicious beer and very well made.

Canned on: 11-28-24 (???) The ink on the can is pretty sloppy/blurry, I think that's what it says.
A - Pours a nice dark garnet / amber color with a dense layer of toffee colored creamy foam.
S - Bready, yeasty aroma with a strong toasted caramel malt base on the nose.
T - Yeasty, bready, breadcrust, big toasted caramel malt base, and ends with a nice subtle earthy, hoppy, floral bitterness with some light spiciness.
M - Solid medium body that's slick and viscous while leaving a slight sugary residue on the lips. There's an ever-so-slight amount of warming in the back of the throat on the way down.
O - I know I rated this really high compared to all the other reviewers here on BA, but this beer is really fantastic and wish I bought more cans. Well worth seeking out if you enjoy the style!

Appearance - The beer was deep amber brown with a nice fluffy head.
Smell - The nose was malty with notes of banana.
Taste - The profile was like toasted bread in liquid form. Other notes included burnt sugar, banana, and red grapes. It seemed like a Belgian, before the dry finish.
Mouthfeel - The beer had modest viscosity and fading carbonation.
Overall - This was an odd version of a doppelbock. It was still very drinkable.

Pours a dark brown with a thick creamy head. Aromas of caramel and roast. Caramel flavors but restrained, sometimes doppelbocks can get cloying. After the caramel, some roast and then a little touch of bitterness on the end. Full mouthfeel. Really excellent.

Foggy reddish-brown with a khaki foam head of moderate height.
Mixed nuts, primarily Brazil, meet dark brown roasts and charred caramels before finishing chewy dry.
On the boozier end, and also more bitter, it’s a bit of a clash, but at least it isn’t too yeasty.

16oz Can dated 2 December 2022, direct from the brewery. Poured into a wide tall glass. Pours deep chestnut with nice tan head that hangs around all the way down. Nice body. Mild Sweetness brown sugar cola bread malty, finish is light chalky and bitter. Overall a nice beer but not on a world class level. I hope that this beer can be dialed in and improved in future batches.

Pours a rich garnet-brown color with two fingers of dense, dark tan head. Great retention and thick lacing.
Malty aroma of with hints of bread, coffee, leather, must and cherry.
Sweeter tasting than the nose let on, with chocolate and prune standing out the most and a lightly toasted bready finish. There are hints of sugared coffee mid-palate, and then a semi-bitter, semi-metallic aftertaste.
Full bodied and creamy with nice slow-building carbonation.
This came on a little sweet at first, but there’s some nice bitterness lurking behind that keeps it easy drinking. Nice change of pace.
