Rustic Italian style pils brewed with a single decoction and dry hopped exclusively with Spalter Select. Aromas of sagebrush and lemon play with a sweet pilsner malt base, subdued yeast expression and bright carbonation. In honor of the Original Italian Pilsner, Tipopils by Birrificio Italiano

Hazy yellow with a dense off-white head that leaves thick lacing. Herbal, floral aroma with mint and lemon zest. The taste follows with some firm bitterness in the finish. Very herbal. Full bodied for a pils with nice carbonation. Fantastic beverage.
