A tart little German style wheat ale that begins with a lactobacillus fermentation and is then fermented out clean with our favorite kolsch strain, and finally krausened with brettanomyces to generate carbonation and a mild funk. Enjoy on its own, or order with a “splash” of raspberry or woodruff syrup.
