Cloudy presentation straddling the border between banana peel yellow and orange juice with a fat finger of creamy-looking yellowed head. Thin sheets of lacing.
Big aroma of honeydew, cantaloupe, clementine, pineapple and herbs.
The taste is less fruity with creamy vanilla bursts, peppery herbal notes and distinct bitterness on the backend. Underripe pineapple mixes with the pepperiness in the aftertaste.
Full mouthfeel with soft zippiness to the carbonation.
Again, one of their better NEIPAs. Would have to try it side-by-side with regular DOO, but this is more peppery / herbal than I remember the original being.
