Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly earthy and malty, hint of white wine grape, and a subdued Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly malty, but super clean, earthy hoppy and a piney-dank bitter swallow. This is nice and crisp and dry on the backend...as it warms, however, that earthy-hoppy bitterness starts to dominate. Not the biggest fan of Idaho 7 and it stayed contained when cold...it started to rear its ugly head as the temp rose, unfortunately. This would have been so much better without the Idaho 7 addition IMO. Still pretty good!
