A Czech style pils, seen through another lens. Using all US grown ingredients, we followed our usual enhanced decoction process and fermented low and slow with our house lager strain. The hops present more floral than earthy, and the malt character is both lighter and drier than our Czech style lagers. For this batch we used Deer Creek pils malt and US grown Saaz hops.

Clear gold with strong effervescence and two fingers of yellowed head. Great retention and solid lacing. Mild aroma with kisses of cornbread, mint and other distant herbs. Similarly restrained taste, with the same flavors, a hint of sulfur, and light bitterness in the finish. Soft feel, light carbonation. A super-enjoyable, easy drinker.

on draft at the Jenkintown location - served in half liter pilsner glass
clear medium yellow in color, thick white head. good head retention, and leaves lacing all down the glass as I drink. Grassy, earthy hops in the aroma. Less bready and more minerally in the taste. Dry finish. Thin to medium bodied
